2012 retreat

Well, I'm currently here in the office and I have just finished a day's work despite the fact that I have just came from a nasty flu. Since I finished before my time-out, I think I can manage to put a new entry here.

I realized that I've been into a lot of travel spree lately. Thanks to my Girlfriend. :)

But seriously, I think I have gained some new experiences and knowledge be
cause of these travels. And I think it's time for me to take travelling seriously.

I have already some travel plans for next year and I'm proud to say these expeditions are on the next level! Haha!

Wanna see the Itinerary? Then
here it is:

I've been here before, and the experience is really awesome. Old Houses, Old Churches, Old Traditions, Hospitable locals and awesome cuisine! The reason why I wanted to go back there is that I need to bring someone there so that she might as well enjoy the experience. This would probably be during the early months of next year.

We were supposed to go there in Sagada last August. But much to our surprise, Mina(a tropical storm during that time.) wanted us to stay in Baguio. She did succeeded. We stayed in Baguio for the rest of our travel. We really wanted to push through but some locals have informed us that a 9-kilometer long landslide have blocked the main road going to Sagada. We have no choice but to go back to Manila half-fulfilled, half-unsatisfied. This might be also on the early months of next year.

We've been here as well last June. We had some technical difficulties before we finally had the chance to be on the island. We experienced being reprimanded by the coast guard because me and my office mates were really eager to get on the island despite a bad weather. But in the end, we had the prize. The Island was really pristine. The sands were more fine than what Boracay Island boasts. The waters are as clear as the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. I would probably take Calaguas rather than Boracay. I believe Calaguas is the best beach in the Philippines as of now in terms of of its natural features.

This is the most famous Island beach here in the Philippines. It is a world-renowned Island which is famous to foreign tourists. I believe it is divided into 4 stations and each of it has a designated purpose for the island. Personally, I've been here and the experience is quite ok, pristine sands, clear water, etc. But Boracay being famous would make it quite over crowded as well especially during peak-seasons like summer(We went there in February2006 and trust me, it's really crowded.).

To tell you honestly, I don't have enough info about South Korea except for its cuisine(Kimchi, Kimbob, etc.), and its pop-culture(K-Pop) which is really a hit here in the Philippines during these past few years. But I was informed by my girlfriend that we were already booked on a flight bound to Incheon, South Korea. Wow, so this means another travel experience! Yehey! Hahaha! Well, I really need to prepare all the requirements needed for the Visa application(Since SoKor reqiures Visa). I alo have to prepare for the culture I have to deal with. I'm starting to read some articles and net journals about Korea and I hope it may help me one way or another. lol.

These are the places I am scheduled to go this year. It's quite exciting to think that I would be going to these places. I really love to travel, my parents have traveled with even when I was still a kid(they also love to go to other places). That's why I believe that my destiny was to travel the world, from the grandest place to each and every nook of it.
